2-layer laminated medical Spunbond

A breathable two-layer non-woven material used in the production of «Veneto» protective suits. It consists of polypropylene filament yarns - the thinnest fibres, thinner than human hair, which are created by extrusion (by pushing molten polypropylene through micro-holes). The fibres are then randomly laid on top of each other, forming a web of non-woven material. This fabric is then connected to a ``breathing`` polyethylene film. This gives the material increased strength, resistance to moisture and other external factors. In addition, the unique properties of the material allow ``Veneto`` protective suits to be reused by sterilising them at temperatures of 100-130 degrees Celsius. This is particularly relevant during the Covid-19 epidemic. «VENETOMED» protective suits made of this material can be used in various fields, including as special clothes for laboratories engaged in Coronavirus research, medical institutions, companies producing food products, pharmaceuticals and so on. Laminated innovative material selected by «VENETOMED» for the production of protective overalls and gowns. The material MediSpan consists of polypropylene fibres. For the production of the three-layer material, spunbond layers are used which are bonded to a ``breathing`` polyethylene film. This manufacturing feature makes it possible to use 3-layer spunbond for sewing medical protective suits, working clothes for laboratory workers, pharmacists, employees of The State Emergency Service of Ukraine and other special institutions whose activities are aimed at fighting the Coronavirus during the epidemic. SMS

One of the highest quality, most frequently used and strongest materials for the production of «Veneto» protective suits is SMS (material that consists of three layers: Spunbond, Meltblown and Spunbond) The SMS consists of propylene fibres connected to each other by the thermal method. The density of the material and innovative production technology make «Veneto» protective suits as airtight as possible. A distinctive feature of SMS is the presence of ``Meltblown`` material between two layers of spunbond. Thanks to the tiniest cells of Meltblown, which is a layer between two layers of spunbond, the antibacterial properties of SMS are increased many times over. If you compare the material with the traditionally used single-layer spunbond, they increase by about 7-10 times. Thanks to this feature, «VENETOMED» protective suits made from SMS can be used by medical workers, laboratory staff and other special institutions.
